ITSM 8.1 Messages #2150110



The Assignee search failed to find an Assignee for one of the following reasons:
1) The Assignee is currently unavailable for assignment or
2) There are no Assignees with a Remedy Login ID of “$1000000218$”.

The Assignee search function uses the Remedy Login ID of an Assignee to perform the search. Be sure to use the Login ID and not the Full Name of the Assignee.
