ARERR [34] Error while opening the AR System server lock file.

AR System server (arserverd, arservdsd, or arservftd) opens a lock file named ar.lck at start-up, and ar.lck.rpcNum (ar.lck.390601 for arservdsd and ar.lck.390602 for arservftd) for servers on alternate RPC sockets. These files are used to prevent multiple copies of the AR System processes from being started on a single RPC socket simultaneously. An associated file system error message supplies more details. Fix the problem, and rerun the server.
