The form you are deleting is a special Distributed Server Option (DSO) form. Deleting the form might affect the functionality of DSO. When you restart the system, the server automatically re-creates the form.
If you are deleting a field, the field is a field that makes the current form a DSO form. Deleting this field makes this form unavailable as a DSO form. When the system is restarted, a new form that contains all the distributed fields is created.
