Filter/escalation 'set field' process returned an error. The current transaction is rejected. No update to the database occurred.

A filter or escalation was performing a Set Fields action using the option to run a process and return a value, but the process returned an error message. The text of the message returned appears with this error. The error terminates the operation being performed, and the current transaction is rejected. No update to the database occurs.
