No entry exists in the database with the Request ID you specified. The specified Request ID is invalid, or the entry was deleted by another user during the time you were processing it.
This message is returned by web services and API programs. In the same situation, similar messages are returned by BMC Remedy User (see message 1200) and web clients (see message 9296).
